Frequently Asked Questions

Who can list on FarmBridge?
Any verified farmer based in Punjab or anywhere in Pakistan can list their crops. Verification requires a CNIC and farm location.
How do I receive payment?
Once an order is confirmed and delivered, payment is released from escrow to your registered bank account or mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa). This feature is coming live soon.
What documents are needed for export?
FarmBridge helps coordinate phytosanitary certificates, fumigation certificates, and bill of lading. Your buyer may have specific country requirements which we assist with.
What happens if there is a dispute?
FarmBridge has a built-in dispute resolution process. Both parties can submit evidence and our team mediates. Payments are held in escrow until resolution.
Is my listing visible internationally?
Yes. All verified listings are visible to buyers worldwide. You can optionally restrict to certain countries in advanced settings.
